U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) : Replacing Legacy Systems with Patent Center

On November 15, 2023, the USPTO retired the decades-old EFS-Web and Private Patent Application Retrieval (Private PAIR).  It is being replaced with the Patent Center system.  This new system provides one place for users to file and manage patent applications.
