U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) : Transitions to Trademark Center

Effective January 18, 2025, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Offices's Trademark Center will be the only way to apply for a U.S. trademark registration.  The Trademark Center is already available at trademark center.uspto.gov.
