U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) : Transitions to Issues Electronic Certificates of Correction for Patents
Effective January 30, 2024, the USPTO will transition to electronic Certificates of Correction for Patents. This is part of a continuing effort of the USPTO to reduce paper waste. The issued certificates will be viewable and printable by both patent owners and the public immediately upon issuance in Patent Center.
